Grounds and Other Buildings
Annie's Inn is situated on just under two acres of
land and is surrounded by
beautiful cotton fields. The two acre grounds are lovingly planted with
trees, shrubs, and flowers, where birds can be heard singing every
season. Also included in the grounds are numerous outbuildings, listed
below.
Outbuildings:
Pool
House - The pool house encloses the pool pump, sand filter and chemical
storage. Included in this building is storage for the riding mower and
nearby is the bathroom for the pool area.
 Laundry room - This
building includes a washer, dryer, folding table and utility sink. Long
term guests really appreciate this amenity.
Separate
Storage - This is useful for bicycles and for storing materials for
longer term guests.
Greenhouse
- This is a 10x10 foot structure with a wood frame and clear vinyl roof and
siding.
20x26
storage - This includes a workshop, a huge cedar lined closet, a storage
room and an additional laundry room.
Car
Port - Large, two-car car port.
Tool
Shed - Large tool shed with additional storage room.
All
outbuildings have vinyl siding for easy maintenance.
